Last week, Officer Manuel from the City of Belen—recommended by his Police Chief—joined us to share stories from the front lines. To show our appreciation, the club presented him with gift cards from local businesses, celebrating the dedication of our first responders and their vital role in our community.
Spotlight on Our Own: Donna Pedace, Renowned Author
Our very own Rotarian, Donna Pedace, took the spotlight as guest speaker, and we were thrilled to have her! Donna shared some of her favorite stories from her new book, Women Warriors: The Hidden Spies of WWII, captivating everyone with her insights and masterful storytelling.
Her lecture was both inspiring and engaging, and we feel truly fortunate to have such talented and accomplished members in our Rotary Club. It was a wonderful reminder of the remarkable talents within our own community.
